Associate Broker
Meet Martha Grover, a seasoned real estate professional and lifelong Alaskan who calls the beautiful Mat-Su Valley her home. Growing up in Wasilla and currently residing in Palmer, Martha is deeply rooted in the community and intimately familiar with the area.
An avid outdoor enthusiast, she spends her summers exploring the great outdoors through hiking, biking, and fishing. Come winter, she swaps her hiking boots for skis and enjoys cozy nights in with a good book.
Being an animal lover, she also understands the importance of a fenced-in yard for furry friends like her two beloved dogs, Ruby and Elim, both named after Iditarod checkpoints.
Martha is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their real estate goals in the most ethical, efficient, and timely manner. She will be your advocate and make the buying or selling process as smooth as possible.

Sage was born and raised in Palmer, Alaska. A direct descendant of the original colonists, she has deep roots in the community and a strong connection to the land.
Growing up in Alaska instilled in her a love of the outdoors and a strong sense of adventure. Despite her love of her home state, she felt the call to see more of the world. She joined the United States Marine Corps and served her country with distinction, living and working all over the lower 48 states, and a tour overseas.
Now, Sage is an avid fisherwoman and hiker in the summer, and in the winter, she can often be found in the kitchen, cooking up delicious meals for her friends and family. She is a proud mother, and her two daughters are her biggest pride and joy, she ultimately returned to the Mat Su Valley to give them the same unique experiences that come with growing up in Alaska.
